The Human Resources (HR) Team aims to select our audience carefully, choosing participants from a wide variety of backgrounds who can contribute to the conversation. Prior to the event, the HR Team works with the Venue Team to create a trailer that advertises TEDxSCS. The team also builds a connection with speakers and members of the audience, and continues to stay in touch even after the event.
